Code of Conduct
All members, players, volunteers, coaches, and participants are expected to uphold the values of EDSC.
1. Respect
Everyone must:
- Treat others with dignity and respect
- Promote positive behaviour
- Respect different backgrounds and beliefs
2. Behaviour
Participants must not:
- Use abusive language
- Engage in bullying or harassment
- Cause disruption or violence
- Discriminate against others
3. Sportsmanship
Players and teams should:
- Play fairly
- Respect referees and officials
- Support teamwork and inclusion
4. Volunteers and Staff
Volunteers and staff must:
- Act professionally
- Safeguard participants
- Promote community wellbeing
5. Social Media
Members should use social media responsibly and avoid posting harmful, offensive, or misleading content relating to the organisation.
6. Breaches
Failure to follow this Code of Conduct may result in:
- Warnings
- Suspension
- Removal from events or membership
