4. Reporting Concerns

Any safeguarding concerns must be reported immediately to the designated safeguarding lead or relevant authorities.

Emergency situations should be reported to the police or emergency services immediately.

5. Photography and Media

Parental or guardian consent may be required for children participating in media or promotional materials.

6. Confidentiality

Safeguarding concerns will be handled sensitively and confidentially.
